- I started of as a sales negotiator in a small estate agents or a real estate agent in London. I found the constraints of being an employee didn't allow me the flexability and speed that is required to buy that luxury house below the market value, be it a renovation or refurbishment project. I tend to stay away from recently or brand new developments unless our client is the developer or investor, central london has exlusive properties that tend to be called period, although that doesn't mean to say they are old fashioned on the inside.
